Scaling from 13 ha Pilot to Multi-Province Deployment
TerraFerm is transitioning from pilot demonstration (Steelpoort, Limpopo) to commercial-scale deployment across degraded mining lands and arid agricultural zones.
2026 Expansion Roadmap:
- Q1-Q2 2026: Steelpoort site optimization, FEED engineering completion
- Q3 2026: Begin multi-province nursery expansion (Limpopo & Mpumalanga)
- Q4 2026: Commence modular biogas plant fabrication and installation
- 2027+: Scale to 100+ ha farming operations, 5.5-25 MWe biogas deployments
